Go Live — Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Go Live you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you post. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.

Community rules — zero tolerance

Go Live has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, in the app or at the courts and gyms it helps you find. We do not condone bullying, fighting, violence, intimidation, or any other harmful tactics — on the court, in the gym, or anywhere in the app. You may not post content that is:

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or hateful toward any person or group
• Depicting or promoting fighting, violence, or intimidation
• Sexually explicit, or exploitative of minors in any form
• Illegal, or promoting illegal activity
• Spam, impersonation, or deliberately misleading

Users can report content and block other users directly in the app. We review reports and remove violating content and accounts — repeat or serious violations result in permanent removal.

Photos, videos, and media

All photos and videos posted to Go Live must be appropriate for a general audience. The following are strictly prohibited:

• No nudity — no nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive images or videos of any kind.
• No child nudity or sexualization of minors — absolute zero tolerance. Any such content is removed immediately, the account is permanently banned, and the content is reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
• No graphic violence, gore, or animal cruelty.
• No content depicting illegal drug use or brandishing weapons.
• No photos or videos of other people posted to harass, shame, or expose them, and no sharing of anyone's personal information (address, phone number, etc.) without their consent. Be especially careful with images of minors.

Pictures flagged as inappropriate are reviewed and removed by an admin. Every report submitted in the app is reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is taken down and repeat or serious offenders lose their accounts permanently. If you see something that shouldn't be here, use the report button on the post or profile, or email marcus@itlanesolutions.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a license to host and display that content within the app and its share links. We may remove content that violates these terms at any time, without notice.

Safety and off-app conduct

Court information and live-player activity are community-provided. Use common sense when meeting others; you are responsible for your own safety at courts and gyms.

Go Live is not responsible for anything that happens at a court, gym, or any other physical location, including illegal activities, injuries, altercations, theft, or property damage. The app helps players find courts and see who is playing — it does not organize, supervise, or control any in-person activity. Anyone engaging in illegal activity, violence, bullying, or harmful behavior does so entirely on their own responsibility, and we may permanently remove their account.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
